HADA-Ghana

In 2008, we created a Foundation in Ghana to deal with the training which will be necessary, not only for the indigenous population(s) we will be effecting in our vast operation, but also for the Developed Populations that want to participate in our operations and need training on how best to integrate within.

The Help Africa Develop Africa Foundation was registered in August 2008 in order to provide this training. Ms. Rebecca Araba Inkumsah is the director of the Foundation. Ms. Inkumsah has been working hard with us as we developed the custom co-operative concept within a pre-launch mode with the Trust and other interested individuals and entities. Also Mr. Abdul-Hafiz Yussif has been working with us from Tamale, Ghana to develop a working model for creation of our custom co-operative™ concept.

Help Africa Develop Africa of Ghana (HADA Ghana) will combine training and teaching of the indigenous work force we intend to effect by providing Audio-visual aids in tandem with the equipment manufacturers we intend to employ.  These manufacturers will provide technical "manuals" which will be converted into visual "chapters' of relevant information.  These visual "Manuals" will be displayed with commentary in the local languages of the workforce to provide them "How to" educational materials with a hands on approach.  This will assist us to overcome the illiteracy challenge through these of audio/visual training and hands-on perusal of the information, technologies, and custom approach to diversely challenging poverty, social injustice, and international civil diversities by providing International Peace through International Trade with no barriers or preverbial "Walls".

HADA - CUSTOM CO-OPERATIVE™ CONCEPT

Introduction:
Help Africa Develop Africa (hereinafter referred to as “HADA”) is organized in Ghana as a foundation aimed at creating highly-trained human resources for co-operative operations of the GADBT for operations of agricultural projects in Ghana.  Once operational these co-operatives will form a network to be coordinated with HADA which will market and sell products on the domestic and international markets.

The Custom Co-Operative™ Concept:
GADBT's custom co-operatives™ are a natural extension of the democracy-building processes necessary for the people to break their cycle of poverty by uniting their resources and skills for organic cultivation and commercialization of fruit trees and general agriculture production. Capacity-building training programs (in organic techniques, business, and financial management) and value-added processing (including packaging and branding of organic produce) will be facilitated through these custom co-operatives™ with the assistance of HADA.  These projects are a way of participatory governance by supporting farmers and entrepreneurs in organized production and distribution resulting in the necessary assistance in gaining access to larger markets for increased income generation and profit potential.
These custom co-operatives™ are one of the best-suited institutions for agricultural development in Ghana.  To a great extent, they are indispensable for accelerating the development, in general, and agriculture in particular.  The way of streamlining the activities of farmers in a manner in which they should increase their own resources and improve their technical and managerial capabilities for sustainable agricultural development.
