how the GADBT Organization supports its members

Picture
WithinThe Global Agriculture Development Business Trust (herein referred to as "GADBT" or "the trust") is a common-law trust organization providing constructive notice via the STATE OF NEVADA (see the Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 88A) involved in the establishment of Special Municipal Utility Districts®©™™ (herein referred to as "SMUDS®©™") within the boundaries of existing districts, or prefectures, mainly in sub-saharan developing countries.   The "SMUDS®©™" are special in the sense that the "SMUDS®©™" are not formed by the government, but are instead formed by the trust, in joint venture with the Local, District, and/or Area stools, Development Partners, and the governments of the countries and remain under the auspices of the trust, but are organized to help the people.

This is indeed an in-ordinary economic development formation as the "SMUDS®©™" are established in a way to provide potential investors the opportunity to be involved in the "Development" of Agricultural Operations within what we term "Special Living Initiatives®©™" (hereafter referred to as "SLIs®©™")  and maintain an average control of seventy percent (70%) of the net proceeds of the operations with security not normally (or formally) realized.  The traditional land-owners, as a point of focus, are negotiated a thirty percent (30%) position, with a business focus on fifty-thousand hectares of arable land (50,000 Ht-more or less- per "SMUDS®©™" and "SLIs®©™") .

The Unique "SMUDS®©™" approach is DESIGNED to Increase Return on investment - As is the application of the "SLIs®©™" overall

In addition to this business model as a custom feature, the following scenarios will also be applicable to our "SMUDS®©™" approach:

1. If the land to be developed and managed (entire 50,000 Ht) is owned by 1 to 3 families (this is customary in Africa) then the families will have a 1/3 to 4/10 say in the operation of the "SMUDS®©™" in the way of Board Member Positions. The focus of the operations will be large scale farming operations.

2. If the land is owned by small Farm Holders of say 1 to 10 Hectares each, then the laws that allow voting by the members to elect board members from available human resources within the body of land owners that agree to operate the within the guidelines of the by-laws.  In this case the focus of the "SMUDS®©™" will be to invest in facilities and equipment which will operate small concessions of agricultural products.

3. The "SMUDS™" will be equipped to harvest and store at least 2 complete crops of the same or various agriculture products per growing season.   The products are then processed on site and packaged for the eventual retail sales point allowing for distribution of wealth among all the providers, starting with the farmers and laborers of the proposed product offering.   This will support commodity exchange at the point of production rather than by intermediaries with little or no effort in the production process. This is unique to the Global Agriculture Development concept contained within the "SMUDS®©™".

4. The "SLIs
®©™" are focused on improving the quality of life, living conditions, and rural economic development goals of the entities concerned with these issues.   In order to relieve the congestion of urban areas, which has been caused by lack of adequate facilities, jobs, and poor living conditions in the rural areas of the countries.  This economic development approach will encourage native members of the areas to return home because of the development in their regions and areas, providing economic support and modern advances.

5. The final unique application of the GADBT Business model: the "SLIs®©™" formed by the trust will be encumbered in groups of 10 each, within the same and/or adjacent region(s), each bearing 1/10th of the infrastructure budget which will provide for the roads, bridges, and transportation equipment to allow their individual products to be common, a finished product that can get to the local, regional, or international Markets quickly and efficiently.  This will ensure the success of the individual custom "SMUDS®©™" , as each will be empowered to finish the product found feasible given the soil content, geographical location, and needs, whether they are local, regional, or international. These are the strengths relative to the custom "SMUDS®©™" model.

the purpose of the "smuds®©™" and the "SLIs®©™" are as follows:
